In this role you will solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of industry best practices within a Microsoft Windows 11 desktop computing environments. With support and guidance you will work to ensure break/fix and request tickets for PC’s and printers are responded to and addressed within established service level objectives, escalating as necessary. Who are you? You will be an excellent communicator who loves being proactive and helpful. Your background in helpdesk level 2 queries or on-site desk-top support will give you a great advantage. Your role will be supplying hands-on support as directed by the network, voice and server teams when local participation is necessary, establishing and decommissioning offices and project sites as required by the IT Site Services Team and maintaining accurate inventory of both deployed assets and warehouse equipment. Skills and experience preferred for this role include: Must be an Australian Citizen Deep understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office with demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities Proven desktop, laptop and workstation hardware trouble shooting skills General knowledge to perform high level network trouble shooting analysis, Cisco knowledge preferred Working knowledge of Dell Client & Server hardware Familiarity with IPT voice technologies Working knowledge of Microsoft server technologies Data migration experience between PC’s Ability to successfully troubleshoot printing issues About us KBR’s Infrastructure Solutions business works with customers across the nation to plan, design and deliver smarter, safer and more sustainable infrastructure to meet the demands of the future for all Australians.
