The Team
The European Customer Advocacy Department is responsible for bringing the voice of the customer to life and identifying the right customers to build and promote their successful implementations in a multitude of ways.
The Role
The Customer Advocacy, EMEA - Intern will have an opportunity to work on a diverse set of Advocacy initiatives and will gain capabilities in customer relationship building, story telling, data management & accuracy across our customer references, marketing tools, event preparations and other skill-sets reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer advocacy.
The work you'll do
• Focus on UKI, France, Iberia/LATAM, Italy, Nordics and Benelux regions as a start
• Support marketing assets development to showcase our customer’s success
• Conduct interviews with Sales field/Value Engineers for story qualification
• Own some part of the event and follow the customer advocacy process
• Deliver regular refreshers on where and how to find Customer Advocates/stories, support sales references
• Report on customer advocacy activities to the manager in Europe
• Maintain Monday Board and Salesforce dashboards
• Own and execute on work streams within journey sprints
The qualifications you need
• Proven project leadership and project management experiences
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Full professional proficiency in English is a must. Spanish / French is a plus
• Highly organized and outcomes-oriented way of working
• Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, GDrive, open to AI usage
• Value building relationships with colleagues and customers
• Think creatively
• Enjoy social media and have a great interest in software
• Be a team player and provide support in several different types of projects to help increase marketing impact on the business
• Graduated Bachelor or Master degree
• Available for 12months for 40h per week.
