Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Information Technology (IT) Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary About the Role: As an Associate Grade PMO Administrator within PwC's Tech Central Project Management team, you will provide critical administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of projects. You will assist project managers and teams with governance, reporting, scheduling, and communication activities, playing an essential role in supporting project success.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining project documentation, plans, and trackers Help enforce PMO methodologies, standards, and controls across projects Support a udits such as , but not li mited to , i nternal / e xternal a udits and ISO certifications Assist with project reporting and dashboards to provide timely updates on status, risks, and issues Coordinate PMO & PM Team meetings , including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership Maintain and update project management tools and systems Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a project support or PMO role, preferably within a technology environment Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools an advantage (e.g., MS Project /planner , JIRA, MS Teams , Monday.com ) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities Education: Typically requires a leaving certificate or equivalent; relevant third-level education or certifications in project management is advantageous Working at PwC: You will be part of a vibrant and supportive team at PwC Tech Central, surrounded by industry experts and innovative technology solutions.
