What you’ll do: 
 "The Product Data Steward is responsible for the execution of product master data lifecycle activities within SAP for assigned divisions. The role acts as a key support function to Local Business Process Owners (LBPO), Field Product Marketing (FPM), and Product Managers (PM) by processing product data creation, extension, and enrichment requests in accordance with defined business processes and data governance standards. The Product Data Steward receives instructions and business requirements from LBPOs, FPMs, Product Managers, and the Team Leader - Divisional based in Pondicherry. The position ensures high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within SAP, enabling efficient business operations and supporting Eaton's product data quality and governance objectives across EMEA."     "ERP specific Responsibilities: • Create and maintain product master data in SAP. • Process product creation, changes, and discontinuations. • Support LBPO, FPM, and Product Manager requests. • Extend products to plants and sales organizations. • Maintain sales and distribution views in SAP. • Support cross-CSO product extensions and migrations. • Create and update sales texts in SAP. • Monitor and resolve SAP master data issues. • Perform data quality checks and audits. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Support data cleansing and harmonization activities. • Follow SAP master data governance standards. • Maintain required master data documentation. • Support new product introduction activities. • Assist with business and organizational changes. • Coordinate with stakeholders on data requirements. • Resolve master data queries within agreed timelines. • Support continuous process improvement initiatives. • Contribute to customer-focused data management operations."     Qualifications: 
 BE/B.Tech Electrical /Mechanical 1 - 3 years - Proven and solid experience working in the following ERP system : SAP Skills: 
 "• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English                             • Strong data analytic skillset • Good interpersonal skills and planning ability • High level of attention to detail  • Knowledge on any one programming language a strong plus • Highly ethical and able to work in cross functional team • Experience in Bidmanager, Solid works and AutoCAD a strong plus" MS Excel & SAP Master Data Management
