This role supports business growth by framing complex problems and guiding strategic and operational decisions through analytical skills. It leads cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute actionable business strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role analyzes internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities for the business unit or function. Job Responsibilities : Develops and communicates strategic vision to drive informed business decisions and growth opportunities Leads cross-functional projects to align stakeholders and address critical business challenges effectively Creates executive-level presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership Builds financial and decision-making models to evaluate scenarios and prioritize resource allocation Mentors team members on strategic frameworks, analysis techniques, and effective communication of insights Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience : Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related field (Required) 7-10 years Strategy and Problem Solving. Experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. (Required) 7-10 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data. (Required) Less than 2 years Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans.
