Job Function: Procurement Job Sub Function: Contract & Processing Services Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: Senior Team Lead, Source-to-Contract, AMERICAS The Senior Team Lead, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities. Key Responsibilities ·       Accountable for managing third-party supplier performance, monitoring delivery against contractual obligations, service expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while driving accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. ·         Supervises & conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels. ·         Partners with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs. ·         Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organization’s profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence, risk assessments, and total cost projections. ·         Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility. ·         Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements. ·         Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and leadership across regions in scope with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations, secure cross-functional alignment. ·         Change management: training, coaching, and upskilling teams on new digital tools and processes ·         Carries an operational workload, directly managing the most complex sourcing and contracting cases while ensuring quality, timely resolution, and appropriate stakeholder alignment. ·         Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required. An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred. Experience and Skills Required: ·         4-6
