Standard Job Description Tracks cost, schedule and technical performance across the production portfolio. Interface with customers (internal and external) during production status meetings for critical materials and open issues for the program. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changes. Implement updates from contract modifications or production demands by authoring program directives. Performs earned value management as a control account manager and maintains operating budgets. Coordinate risks and opportunities among the production leadership teams (PLTs). Acts as primary contact for impromptu program activities. Supports internal program reviews with Enterprise Performance to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Partners with leadership team and supports key production acceleration initiatives for both internal and external customers. • Track cost, schedule, and technical performance as Program Management Control Account Manager (PM CAM) - Support earned value management activities as a control account contributor; maintain and update operating budget data. • Coordinate and track a singular Estimate at Complete Change Request (ECR) and Multi-Year Procurement Economic Order Quantity (MYP EOQ) decision database across the production program • Participate in production status meetings with internal and external customers, documenting critical material updates and open issues, and validate actions are driven into each PLT • Assist in establishing milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and detailed schedules; flag deviations for resolution. • Identify program problems and help develop corrective actions (e.g., resource reallocations, schedule adjustments) under guidance of senior leadership. • Draft and disseminate program directives to implement contract modifications, production demand changes, and or enablers. • Coordinate risk and opportunity registers with Production Leadership Teams (PLTs), ensuring timely communication and mitigation planning – Act as cross PLT R&O facilitator • Prepare materials for internal program reviews with Enterprise Performance, summarizing cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics. • Collaborate with LG 4/5 PMs to ensure consistent execution of program processes, PLT/SMT content, and program standards. • Attend all formal program onboarding and technical briefings; capture lessons learned lead incorporation into the production program Why Join Us The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
