Job Description and Requirements
We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow. You Are You have spent a decade learning that the difference between chaos and clarity in a complex organization is usually one person who refuses to let things slip. You know how to protect executive time like it is a finite resource because it is, and you have developed an understanding for what deserves a spot on the calendar and what does not. You think in systems, not tasks. When you see five different teams trying to get early access to the same constrained technology, you do not just route the requests, you build the framework that makes the next hundred decisions easier. You have run governance processes that governed, not the kind that existed on paper while everyone worked around them. Ambiguity does not slow you down, you prioritize and you close the loop. At Synopsys, you will own the operating engine that keeps our most critical executive engagements, review cycles, and runs beta programs clean.
What You'll Be Doing
