Job Overview
Enterprise Services and Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Global Communications team is a nimble group in Enterprise Services and Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Within Citi, the team works with many internal partners, including senior leadership, and regularly coordinates closely with other members of the Enterprise Services and Public Affairs team across the world. Citi's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a talented and versatile designer to serve as the team’s first dedicated creative resource supporting International Communications. Based in London, this role will provide regional design and creative support to our International Communications team — enabling locally informed creative execution that reflects the audiences, markets, and communications priorities of the teams. Reporting to the Creative Lead based in New York, this role will work as an embedded creative partner for International Communications colleagues, delivering high-quality design across digital, social, event, and presentation formats while maintaining alignment with Citi's global brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with deep design craft, an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders, and operate independently as the team's regional creative lead.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary creative resource for our International Communications team, delivering design and visual content that reflects regional audiences, market context, and communications objectives. Design and produce a broad range of creative materials including digital content, social graphics, email templates, event visuals, presentations, and other communications assets for regional partners. Partner closely with the Creative Lead and New York-based design team to ensure regional creative output is aligned with Citi's global brand standards, visual identity, and quality expectations. Develop strong working relationships with International colleagues, serving as a trusted creative partner and point of contact for regional design needs. Support the development and execution of regional events, including live experiences, town halls, and firmwide moments that require locally produced creative and visual content. Contribute to scalable content creation through platforms such as Adobe Express, helping regional communications teams produce brand-consistent materials efficiently and independently.
