Join us Job Description: This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement. LOB Description: Global Credit Operations Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products.

Responsibilities

Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of quality assurance, quality control operations, or related experience Experience in a lead support role or point of contact with knowledge of commercial lending or commercial terminology Proficient knowledge with LIQ (LoanIQ) Desired Qualifications : Syndicated loan experience  Legal, finance, accounting, or mathematical background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent loan administration experience Skills: Critical Thinking Customer and Client Focus Decision Making Problem Solving Risk Management Adaptability Attention to Detail Collaboration Issue Management Analytical Thinking Oral Communications Presentation Skills Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week:  40 Pay Transparency details US - IL - Chicago - 540 W Madison St - Bank Of America Plaza (IL4540) Pay and benefits information Pay range $63,000.00 - $105,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
