As an Associate in the Corporate Responsibility team supporting EY Ripples, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to make a meaningful difference in communities within Pakistan. You will execute the Ripples strategy in Pakistan by implementing initiatives and engaging our employees in Ripples activities. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and community organizations, to implement initiatives that align with our corporate responsibility goals.   Your key responsibilities:

Execute strategies to enhance EY Ripples' impact on communities and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations and client engagements. Help plan, coordinate and track Ripples initiatives in Pakistan and work closely with internal teams to gather data, monitor progress, prepare updates and support stakeholder engagement. Engage with external partners, NGOs, and community organizations to foster collaboration and drive social impact. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes of corporate responsibility initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate responsibility and sustainability. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote CR initiatives and achievements both internally and externally.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Strong understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and corporate responsibility frameworks. Ability to coordinate across teams, manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions with accuracy and discipline. Comfort working with data, preparing concise updates and turning information into clear messages for stakeholders. To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong project coordination skills, including planning, tracking actions, managing deadlines and following up with stakeholders. Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Familiarity with corporate responsibility best practices in the context of Pakistan and MENA region. Experience working in a professional services environment or large organizations.
