Role
We are looking for a Transfer Agent, Investor Services Reporting Associate 2, to join our team. You will be the focal point for the day-to-day activities and an integral part of ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to the client and internal departments with the need to function at all times as a team player. You will work independently, also on improving established guidelines and practices by consulting with the Manager where clarification or exception may be required.
Your Team
The individual plays a supporting role to the Managers and drives operational excellence by implementing and embedding a continuous improvement culture.
Your Responsibilities
Running daily, weekly, monthly and other regular or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. Creation and setup of new reports. Production of reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information (MI) reporting Daily interaction with the client and internal parties to resolve all reporting related queries. Preparing and collating Transfer Agency data information to comply with internal & external audit requests. Supporting role to the Team Leader and Managers Work independently and will improve established guidelines and practices by consulting with the Team Leader and Manager where clarification or exception may be required.
Your Profile
University Degree - Business education or equivalent is an asset 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in Financial Services / Investor Services or Banking sector Technical and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency business is required Experience in a similar environment, management/supervisory capacity Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook…) Ability to work under pressure, to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards possessing also with large work volumes/multiple demands from external parties or the management line Proactive, analytical and clear methodical approach to problem-solving.
