We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Testing and Commissioning Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all systems, equipment, and installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before deployment. You will coordinate testing activities, manage documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commissioning processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Coordinate and schedule testing and commissioning activities across multiple projects and work streams Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive testing and commissioning plans and procedures Prepare and organize all required documentation, including test reports, checklists, and compliance records Monitor testing progress and track completion of all commissioning milestones and deliverables Communicate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines Identify and document any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformances discovered during testing phases Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, results, and corrective actions taken Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the commissioning process Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review and stakeholder communication Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify that all systems meet specified performance criteria Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate resolution of identified issues Maintain organized filing systems and databases for all testing and commissioning documentation Qualifications Proven 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning coordination or similar quality assurance roles Strong knowledge of testing procedures, protocols, and commissioning processes Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing challenges Familiarity with project management tools and software Experience with quality assurance and quality control methodologies Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements
