Key Accountabilities 主要职责： Market research of procurement markets follow supply chain trends in China and Asia Pacific  Develop commodity strategies based on global procurement strategy Develop regional procurement strategies based on the global production concept and the regionally available goods and services Monitor the market and price development (worldwide) Identify suitable suppliers and invite them to tender Review suppliers’ capability while aiming for long-term cooperation Establish procurement alternatives and open competitive situations Evaluate and select suppliers Pre-audit of suppliers and negotiate contracts and delivery terms for local purpose Carry out contract form and price negotiation Conclude development contracts and co-operation agreements Conclude supply contracts Conduct procurement and price negotiations Conclude procurement and service agreements for investments Conduct contract management with series suppliers Procure production material for the relevant location Procure components for trial, prototype and pre-production series and follow up Ensure initial sample qualification Execute procurement activities in projects. Procure non-production material (for site) Handle task analogous to production material Negotiate / sign agreements for non-production material Align technical / commercial requirements regarding non-production material Sale and disposal of used commodities (scrap and machines) Negotiate leasing contracts of all sorts (storage, offices, IT, company cars, etc.) Negotiate all utilities (electricity, water, and gas) Clarify open issues between supplier and development, quality management and purchasing in Germany, US, APAC and China Work in projects and within a team Organize regular meetings and follow up of different topics Write reports in English, carry out business communication in English Any other assignment from time to time 其他工作安排 Working with flexible time for any urgent tasks assigned. Key Experiences and any Qualifications 职位主要经验和技能要求： Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications At least 5 years relevant working experiences in purchasing, quality and supply chain management Experience in the identification and development of suppliers Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares Good technical understanding General understanding of ISO 9001 standards Knowledge of standard business and contract terms Knowledge of MTU – products spectrum (can be trained) Good communication skills, and is a good team player Person Specification (if applicable) 特别要求（如适用）： NIL As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which can include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role.
