This role requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve intricate issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities** * Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of intricate electronic, electrical, and mechanical components and systems to the component level. * Utilize a variety of test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers) to identify root causes of failures. * Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex products according to established procedures and schematics. * Conduct functional testing and quality checks to verify repair effectiveness and product performance. * Document all repair activities, including fault descriptions, repair steps taken, and parts used, accurately and thoroughly in the designated system. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for process or product improvements. * Train and mentor less experienced repair technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * May be required to perform rework and modifications as necessary. Job Qualifications** * Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of experience in complex electronic and/or mechanical repair, preferably within a manufacturing or high-tech environment. * Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. * Proficiency in using a wide range of test and diagnostic equipment. * Advanced soldering skills (through-hole and surface mount technology) with a proven ability to work on fine-pitch components. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective documentation and collaboration. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with computer systems and relevant repair tracking software. * IPC certification (e.g., IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001) preferred.     BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
