Senior Technical Account Associate

Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Role: Senior Technical Account Associate Senior Technical Account Associate, Contributor Account Management (CAM), serve as the primary experts for sell-side content ingestion, entitlements management, contributor onboarding, and operational workflows within Visible Alpha Insights product. The role provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders, drives process excellence, ensures data quality, and supports strategic initiatives related to content distribution and entitlements. Responsibilities : Subject Matter Expertise   Act as the Subject Matter Expert for content ingestion, research and model distribution, entitlements, and contributor operations  Provide guidance on complex operational issues and escalations  Support the development and maintenance of operational procedures, SOPs, and best practices  Content & Entitlements Management   Support onboarding of contributors and management of broker relationships  Ensure accurate processing of content uploads, entitlements, and coverage updates  Investigate and resolve content, entitlement, and distribution issues  Monitor analyst transfers, coverage drops, and temporary suspensions  Quality & Governance   Perform quality reviews across all core work, including:   Research and model uploads  Entitlements processing  Coverage maintenance and updates  Contributor requests and operational workflows  Develop controls and monitoring tools to improve data quality and operational accuracy  Track incoming and outgoing client communications to ensure timely resolution of sell-side queries  Reporting & Analytics   Create and maintain operational dashboards, MIS, SLA, and quality reporting  Develop tools to monitor contribution quality, content health, and operational performance  Identify trends and recommend process improvements based on operational metrics  Stakeholder Collaboration   Partner with Contributor Relations, Technology, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve workflows  Manage client responses and contributor escalations  Build strong relationships with broker operations and entitlement teams  Process Improvement   Contribute expertise to automation and workflow optimization initiatives  Support enhancements related to content ingestion, entitlement management, and self-service capabilities  Recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability  What We're Looking for: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills  Experience with quality assurance, operational reporting, and process improvement preferably from financial or data services industry. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset  Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams  Advanced MS Excel knowledge Basic knowledge on SQL Must be open working on US pacific hours.
