Description CURRENT PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE: *Please note: you will not select one of the following positions during the application process. This will be communicated and decided during the interviewing and hiring process. * SALES ASSOCIATE Working hours fall between 9am-9pm daily, most associates work 2-3 days per week, typically 4 or 5 hour shifts. We offer very flexible scheduling whether you prefer mornings, mids, nights, etc. Weekend availability is preferred but not required, we ask candidates to work at least every other weekend per month. * SHIPMENT ASSOCIATE Looking for candidates that prefer to work early mornings (shipment shifts are typically Monday-Friday, 6:30am-11am. Working each one of those days is not required) * OPERATIONS/FLOORSET ASSOCIATE Looking for candidates that prefer to work late nights (typical shifts are 6pm-12am). Floorset operations days/shifts vary but typically are Sundays, Wednesdays or Thursdays and take place 3-4 times per month. Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
