Product Manager

Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere. We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. What you’ll do: 
 Supporting LIPE product line for roadmap reflesh, channels management and training, product and company promotion, especially supporting Cold shrink  Products for bidding and business expansion both in oversea and domestic market.                                                                                                    Own the Cold Shrink product portfolio across APAC, accountable for revenue, margin and business growth Define and drive regional product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management aligned with market needs Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations and global teams to deliver market-driven solutions and support growth Lead new product introduction (NPI) and localization initiatives to enhance competitiveness and supply efficiency Support pricing strategy, cost optimization and business case development Provide technical and commercial support for key customers, bids and strategic projects Translate market and customer insights into actionable product opportunities Drive cross-functional execution to ensure successful and timely product launches Act as APAC focal point to align global strategy with regional execution Qualifications: 
 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field 8–12+ years of experience in product management, application engineering or technical marketing, preferably in industrial or electrical products Experience in cable accessories, insulation or power distribution products is a strong plus Proven experience in product lifecycle management, NPI and cross-functional collaboration Strong understanding of pricing, cost structure and margin management Experience working in a regional or global matrix organization                                                             Fluent in English, Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus; Strong business ownership mindset with focus on results and accountability Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work without direct authority Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value Hands-on and proactive, able to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of cultural awareness and collaboration capability across APAC regions All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process. All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws.  We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
