Fuel your passion As an ARMO Tech - Electro Mech IV , you will play a vital role in supporting equipment readiness and operational excellence through mechanical assembly, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities. You will work closely with technicians and engineers to ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, and deployed safely and efficiently while contributing to high-quality service delivery and operational success. As an ARMO Tech - Electro Mech IV, you will be responsible for: Performing mechanical assembly, repair, inspection, and testing of equipment and components. Receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and preparing field inspection equipment for service and deployment. Maintaining shop supplies, tools, and equipment while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assisting with the modification and fabrication of parts and components to ensure proper fit, function, and finish. Packaging, labeling, and preparing equipment and materials for shipment to project locations. Completing required documentation, inspection records, and inventory transactions accurately. Following all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Collaborating with technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support shop operations and project activities. Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Demonstrating commitment to the Company's Guiding Principles, Core Values, and safety culture. To be successful in this role you will: Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. Have 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, equipment repair, or a related field. Have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new technical skills quickly. Have experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment. Have the ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and operational procedures. Have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a mechanical or manufacturing environment. Have proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications. Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Have basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Have the physical ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Have experience in manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or repair environments preferred. Have familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers preferred. Have forklift certification or the willingness to obtain certification preferred.
