The Business Development Officer is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Utilize all possible channels to source quality new-to-bank clients with potential to generate business across lending, treasury, capital markets, cash management products. Responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition from identifying prospects, delivering customized financial service solutions to completing facility availment. Facilitate client on-boarding process by resolving operations and service issues that may arise. Work in preparing credit assessments and monitoring risk issues by liaising with clients on any document deficiency or requests for more information. Follow up with clients on offer acceptance and confirm the facility is successfully availed. Keep supervisor informed about key changes in market conditions, trend, clients information, etc., and escalate potential issues and concerns promptly. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce, engineering or related disciplines 2-5 years relevant commercial banking experience Good record of proactively building relationships with product and credit review/approval partners Education: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Responsabilidades principales Realizar minería, procesamiento y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos mediante SQL y SAS , generando información relevante para la toma de decisiones. Analizar el comportamiento de la cartera para identificar tendencias, oportunidades de crecimiento, áreas de mejora y posibles desviaciones , convirtiendo los hallazgos en recomendaciones y propuestas de negocio. Desarrollar Business Cases para evaluar nuevas iniciativas, considerando impacto esperado, beneficios, costos y viabilidad. Realizar seguimiento y análisis de P&L e indicadores de desempeño , identificando desviaciones, causas y oportunidades de mejora. Tener un rol activo en el desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos e iniciativas de negocio de punta a punta , desde su conceptualización hasta su implementación. Elaborar y dar
