Licensing & Automation Engineer-Client Productivity Applications:

The Client Productivity Applications team is responsible for the configuration, deployment and support of a core suite of applications and tools, including Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Creative Cloud, which are used across the enterprise at a global scale. The Client Productivity Applications: Licensing & Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining tenant & license management for our increasingly complex Microsoft 365 environment. Creativity and analytical thinking will be used to shape innovative solutions on how the Company presents and delivers core capabilities to our customers. Successful deployment and use of the solutions, with a focus on experience, sustainability, security, and compliance are key. The engineer also provides technical support and guidance as 3rd level support and troubleshoots any issues that may arise. This team is comprised of seasoned engineers committed to delivering high-quality technology experiences and helping the business succeed, building the client experience to cover Ford Motor Company’s entire global footprint.
