Implements improvements in operational workflows through technology and process enhancements through a set of standard guidelines and procedures. 3. Communicates with cross-functional teams to align daily business operations with team goals. 4. Monitors performance metrics and applies best practices to drive continuous operational improvements. 5. Supports the development and execution of operational technology strategies. 6. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. 7. Communicates operational status, issues, and improvement plans to stakeholders and senior professionals. 8. When applicable, helps manage supplier interactions to support cost control and the timely delivery of goods and services.
