In this role, you will help shape products and services that enable reliable, compliant, and efficient business operations. Shape Product Strategy and Priorities Define and communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives, and measurable outcomes for the Global Vision Deliver product and the Surgical Vision ERP platform. Lead demand intake, discovery, prioritization, estimation, and portfolio planning with business product owners, engineering leaders, Release Train Engineers, and enterprise partners. Balance customer value, regulatory needs, technical feasibility, platform risk, capacity, cost, and strategic alignment when setting priorities. Maintain a clear backlog of product features, technical enablers, compliance work, lifecycle investments, and technical debt. Facilitate roadmap, quarterly planning, portfolio governance, and partner review forums that support timely, transparent decisions. Deliver Solutions and Measurable Value Guide
