What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Customer Service Representative:   $16.50/hr + $0.50 language differential with the opportunity to increase pay to $18.15/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training! Role starts full-time on-site.   What You’ll Do:    Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans  Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base Core Skills, Competencies, and Key Experiences (What you’ll bring) Requirements:  High school diploma or GED required Ability to work full-time on-site  Flexible to work shifts which can include evenings, weekends, or holidays Smartphone or device with active network connection Pre-employment screen required Key skills: Customer Service, Dependability, Resilience, Problem Solving, Continuous Development, Multitasking, Integrity What’s In It For You?  Career Growth: Opportunity to promote within your first year! Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
