Job Title Data Architect Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Executes robust data strategies, adapting them to align with evolving business requirements and operational needs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and feasibility, working under limited supervision. • Handles the execution of complex data requests and queries, employing advanced analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes effectively. • Helps to safeguard the integrity of data outputs and reports through rigorous verification, validation, and adherence to established quality standards, implementing data quality frameworks and monitoring data health metrics proactively. • Optimizes scalable data pipeline architectures, assembling and managing extensive datasets crucial for Post Market Analytics and other strategic initiatives, implementing best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. • Documents and ensures compliance with comprehensive statistical-based trending procedures, maintaining transparency and readiness for regulatory audits, and developing and maintaining documentation of data processes, methodologies, and compliance measures. • Handles end-to-end data processes with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and integrity, optimizing system designs and business logic rules for operational efficiency, and overseeing data loading, maintenance, and performance tuning activities. • Collaborates with the scrum team to finalize the design of user stories, ensuring they align with the overall architecture and development goals, and takes part in code reviews and maintaining code quality. • Provides continuous guidance and coaching to the scrum team on design knowledge and best practices, and might participate in code development activities to uphold high standards of software quality. • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of software development and design principles, which enables effective problem-solving and innovative solutions within the development team. • Engages with team-level stakeholders, including Senior Software Architects and the Product Owners, to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. • Focuses on the integration and functionality of components within the larger system architecture, ensuring that each part contributes effectively to the overall system performance. • Plans Program Increments (PI) with a typical time horizon of three months, which involves detailed scheduling, resource allocation, and strategic progress towards achieving development targets. • Holds responsibility for architecture and requirements at the feature level, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations within the broader project context. • Ensures comprehensive, up-to-date, and usable documentation of the software architecture in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational processes. • Understands and effectively applies the development logic of the I2M architecture and platform creation process, ensuring seamless interfacing with Application Development (AD) and Product Data Lifecycle Management (PDLM) suites. Key Responsibilties Design and implement end-to-end cloud-native data architectures on AWS to support serviceability analytics, monitoring, and predictive insights. Develop scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda and other AWS services. Define workflow for data ingestion , cleansing , transformation , and storage using S3, Athena, Glue and other AWS services. Ensure data security , compliance , and governance . Implement robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms using CloudWatch and custom metrics for pipeline health and data quality. Contribute to cloud optimization , cost control, and architectural design reviews. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Data
