Contract Administration Analyst

Company: Description: Assists in the management of the database for signed contracts. Identifies and tracks non-standard contract terms contained in client contracts and assists in the collection of those contracts. Contributes to internal reporting requirements. Troubleshoots contract compliance concerns. Prepares legal templates and corporate governance files. Drafts internal FAQ reference guide for RFP questions. May also review simple agreements (NDAs, BAAs, SOWs, changes to standard terms and conditions) under close supervision.
