Help shape the future of Under Armour Team Sports footwear through purposeful design and impactful story-telling. Connect directly with athletes at every level—from Little League to All-Stars—in the locker room, in the weight room, on sidelines, and on the field. Translate insight into better fit, feel, and performance, working across teams to bring products from concept to the shelf. Your Impact

Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree. Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge product with a specific focus in footwear. Strong appreciation for Sport and the Culture of Sport. Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills with expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills Working knowledge of 3D software is a plus Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials Workplace Location

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD (HQ) office. Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

$80,000.00-$110,000.00 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
