Maintain financials in Clarity (team plan, expense plan, forecasting) Track actuals vs plan and support financial reporting and cost control  Delivery Oversight & Reporting Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies across infrastructure initiatives Prepare and publish regular status reports and dashboards Ensure data quality and completeness in Clarity and reporting tools  Resource & Vendor Management Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of internal and vendor resources on projects that will be managed Oversee the PR/PO Cycles including PR Creation, Tracking and Closure. Manage resource allocation, time sheets, and utilization tracking Ensure timely provisioning of access and onboarding across systems Your skills and experience 5+ years of hands-on PMO experience with strong focus on Clarity reporting and financial management. Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, cost plans, benefit plans, and financial governance within Clarity. Experience with RAID reporting, milestone tracking, and portfolio governance. Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Self-starter who can work collaboratively with minimum supervision and have attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing multiple parallel activities Effective communicator with experience of working with and influencing other stakeholders Working experience in SharePoint, Workday, JIRA etc. are desirable Experience working in Technology PMO roles in a large Financial Institution or Bank preferred Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
