This role leverages established tools, processes, and cross-functional partnerships to drive measurable results in asset optimization, return on investment, adherence to implant and instrument turn goals, strategic inventory planning, profitable growth, and disciplined CapEx and OpEx management across assigned territories. The Field Asset Manager partners closely with Field Operations and Inventory leadership, Asset Deployment, Demand Planning, Area Vice Presidents, Product Marketing, and Commercial Sales to ensure field assets are strategically positioned to meet business demands, support product mix changes, navigate supply constraints, and enable consistent operational and financial performance across the country.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>How You'll Create Impact</H2> </div><div><ul><li>Lead and support achievement of corporate objectives related to U.S. field inventory, including forecast alignment, inventory level management, and productivity improvement targets.</li><li>Drive execution of the Annual Operating Plan, Instrument Capital Deployment ROI, and other finance-driven objectives tied to asset performance, utilization, and overall business results.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics that provide visibility into field asset performance, inventory levels, utilization, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve asset deployment, inventory productivity, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.</li><li>Provide analytical and strategic decision support for inventory positioning, capital deployment, and broader field asset management strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with Field Operations and Inventory leaders to ensure alignment of processes, priorities, and execution strategies related to U.S. field inventory.</li><li>Partner with Field Asset, Asset Deployment, and Inventory Control teams to support field inventory optimization and execution initiatives.</li><li>Develop, manage, and lead U.S. field inventory management projects that advance inventory optimization objectives and support business performance, with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen execution, and improve data accuracy, while proactively identifying inventory risks, execution gaps, and asset-related issues and driving timely resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Communicate inventory performance, risks, and optimization opportunities to field leadership and key business partners on a regular basis.</li><li>Support adoption and execution of inventory management processes, rationalization initiatives, and asset optimization strategies across the field organization.</li><li>Ensure all inventory adjustments and transactions are completed in accordance with applicable requirements from Internal Audit, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and other governing functions.</li><li>Maintain accountability for the accurate and timely completion of field distributor transaction requests.</li><li>Verify that distributor audit reconciliations and cycle counts are completed on time and in accordance with guidelines established by the Corporate Independent Auditor.</li><li>Uphold and enhance document retention and data record practices in alignment with compliance and legal requirements.</li><li>Drive compliance with rationalization initiatives, including directed rationalization returns and related activities.</li><li>Support the Nations and Global Returns Demand Forecast (RDF) through directed returns activity execution and other identified business needs.</li><li>Coordinate disposition decisions for obsolete, damaged, excess, or non-conforming assets in partnership with appropriate cross-functional stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><em>This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.</em></span></p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em;
