Content Ecosystem Operation Manager - TikTok LIVE - Dubai

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of TikTok’s regional management and support function, the TikTok LIVE MENA is seeking a Content Ecosystem Operation Manager to support TikTok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of creator content strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating teams.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute content and creator operation strategies for Arabic-speaking markets, with a strong understanding of local culture, content trends, and audience preferences. - Identify, recruit, and nurture high-potential local creators and LIVE creators; build creator pipelines and growth plans to improve content supply and creator performance on the platform. - Plan and execute localized online and offline campaigns, creator programs, and content initiatives to increase creator engagement, content quality, and market influence. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify high-quality creators and content, and build scalable operation mechanisms for creator growth and ecosystem development. - Use data and market insights to identify content opportunities, diagnose common ecosystem issues, and continuously optimize operation strategies to drive creator scale and revenue growth.
