Analyst - Accounting Operations

Company: Marsh Corporate Description: Marsh is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Analyst – Accounting Operations for Mumbai/ Pune office ​ Analyst - Accounting Operations What can you expect? A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team.  Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams. Continuous mentorship – collaborate with peers as receive both formal training as well as day to day mentoring from your manager. What is in it for you? Holidays (As Per the location) Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone) We will count on you to: Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team. Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process. Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards. Manage month-end / quarter-end finalization and reporting for the below processes: Payroll Fixed Assets Inter-company Bank reconciliations Accruals / Prepayments Leases Revenue Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines. Managing audit requirements What you need to have:  Any relevant Accounting degree, CA qualified preferable Fresher in Commerce Graduate Prior experience in working in similar roles Eligibility Criteria Prior experience of working in Inter-co Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months What makes you stand out?
