Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and design-win success across Micron Business Units. Serve as the primary customer contact and trusted escalation point, partnering across Micron to align priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver a unified customer experience. Leverage AI-enabled tools, market intelligence, and customer insights to strengthen account planning, identify growth opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy. Executive Relationship Management Build and strengthen trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, positioning Micron as a strategic business partner. Lead executive engagements and business reviews that demonstrate Micron's value through innovation, performance leadership, business outcomes, and customer success. Leverage AI-enabled insights and customer intelligence to enhance executive engagement, deepen strategic partnerships, and drive measurable business impact. Technical & Business Orchestration Partner with Technical Solutions Sales and Engineering teams to influence customer architecture decisions and align technical requirements with Micron's roadmap. Drive design wins, competitive positioning, and early customer engagement to maximize long-term revenue opportunities. Leverage AI-enabled tools and cross-functional collaboration to enhance account planning, opportunity analysis, and customer outcomes. Commercial Excellence Lead complex commercial negotiations, including long-term agreements, capacity commitments, and strategic pricing discussions. Develop value-based cases and maintain forecast accuracy to drive revenue growth and customer success. Leverage AI-enabled analytics and forecasting tools to improve pipeline visibility, opportunity prioritization, and sales execution.

Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including ownership and growth of strategic accounts with annual revenue exceeding $1B. 5+ years of experience selling semiconductor solutions or comparable complex technology products, including infrastructure, cloud, hardware, AI, or advanced computing solutions. Experience using AI-enabled tools to support account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling Memory and Storage solutions, including DRAM, HBM, SSD, or related technologies. Experience supporting customers developing AI-enabled products, platforms, or infrastructure solutions. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
