Standard Job Description 
 The Senior Manager will lead the Business Operations function for the Field Operations team. This role will design and enforce control mechanisms, drive earned‑value monitoring, and continuously improve processes that enable frontline leaders, sustainment teams, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality results in a dynamic environment.

Include: Earned Value Management (EVM) Implement detailed business monitoring of earned‑value metrics for proposal development, integration office, and program execution; ensure data drives decisions for sustainment leaders and program managers. Process Analysis & Improvement Quickly assess existing processes, identify gaps, and redesign/adapt workflows to enhance execution and positively impact field teams. Standard Work Governance Oversee exceptions from Standard Work, ensuring consistent handling and documentation of deviations. Data‑Driven Decision Support Leverage data analytics and cost management insights to inform budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner/Lead Earned Value, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Training Integration, Budget Management, and Direct Commercial Sales functions to align objectives and drive integrated solutions. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field. Communication & Influence - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders and front‑line managers across functions. Experience in at least one of the following knowledge areas: - Business Growth - Program/Project management - Earned Value/CAM/Achieving LRP Objectives - Digital Transformation Desired Skills 
 Analytical skillset– comfortable interpreting complex data to drive strategy. Change‑agent – thrives in an environment of shifting priorities and can provide clear guidance under uncertainty. Leader experience – builds strong relationships across sustainment, proposal, and contract teams. Results‑oriented – focused on delivering measurable improvements in program health and cost performance.
