Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  Supplier Quality Engineer I/II Woodward’s Industrial Product Division in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer I or II who is responsible for evaluating supplier performance, identifying and resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement across the supply base. This role partners with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure suppliers meet quality, compliance, and business requirements. The position also supports quality documentation, reporting, supplier audits, and corrective action activities to improve product and process quality. Enhance Quality Processes: Collaborates with suppliers to develop and improve quality control procedures that meet customer and company requirements. Maintain Quality Documentation: Prepares and manages detailed reports and records related to supplier quality performance and compliance. Facilitate Cross Functional Communication: Works with internal teams such as procurement and engineering to align on quality standards and address supplier concerns.
