Supplier Quality Engineer I/II Woodward’s Industrial Product Division in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer I or II who is responsible for evaluating supplier performance, identifying and resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement across the supply base. This role partners with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure suppliers meet quality, compliance, and business requirements. The position also supports quality documentation, reporting, supplier audits, and corrective action activities to improve product and process quality. Key Responsibilities
Monitor Supplier Performance: Evaluates supplier quality metrics and conducts regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards. Resolve Quality Issues: Identifies root causes of supplier-related quality problems and implements effective corrective actions. Enhance Quality Processes: Collaborates with suppliers to develop and improve quality control procedures that meet customer and company requirements. Maintain Quality Documentation: Prepares and manages detailed reports and records related to supplier quality performance and compliance.
