Country Marketing Specialist - AlphaTauri Full-time Travel: 0-10 Organization: AlphaTauri GmbH Job type: Permanent Company Description Do you want to shape the strategic and operational positioning and growth of AlphaTauri as a premium fashion brand, with Austria as its core market and responsibility for selected international markets? Then this could be the right opportunity for you. You’ll lead local marketing activations, events, partnerships, and collection launches while supporting Sales and B2B initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and commercial opportunities. As the link between AlphaTauri and Red Bull, you’ll leverage synergies, manage partnerships, and ensure consistent brand implementation. You’ll also develop key relationships and oversee product seeding to athletes, artists, and the AlphaTauri ambassador network. Job Description Brand Building & Activation In this role you'll lead the implementation of the AlphaTauri brand strategy across the relevant markets, ensuring continuous visibility and positioning of AlphaTauri as a premium fashion brand. Support and activate collection launches according to the global roadmap and identify relevant opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement. Sales Support & B2B You'll identify and develop marketing opportunities that support commercial objectives. Plan and execute B2B activations coordinate showroom activities and contribute to the development of relevant retail and partner activations. Events & Shootings You'll lead the planning, coordination and execution of relevant AlphaTauri events, activations and shootings across the markets. Manage local stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of projects, including Red Bull integrations, media activations, creator events and sports-related opportunities. Partnership & Red Bull Management You'll Act as a key interface between AlphaTauri and relevant Red Bull organisations and partners. Identify, evaluate and activate synergies with Red Bull assets, including athletes, events, media and country organisations. Maintain relevant partner relationships and leverage existing partnerships to create meaningful brand and business opportunities. Budget & Business Planning You'll take ownership of relevant marketing budgets, including the Global Seeding Budget, ensuring effective planning, allocation, tracking and reporting. Contribute to the annual business planning process and align relevant budgets, activations and integration opportunities with internal and external stakeholders. Project Management & Reporting: You'll own and coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution and reporting. Ensure that key activations are documented, communicated internally and evaluated against objectives, while providing regular updates and supporting year-end reporting. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, communications, fashion, lifestyle, or a comparable field, plus a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline Excellent written and spoken German and English Proven experience planning and executing marketing activations, events, and projects, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and brand-building principles, combined with a commercial mindset and understanding of the connection between marketing and sales Confident communicator with strong presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills, experienced in working with agencies, external partners, and internal stakeholders Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach, with an easy-going, humble, and approachable personality and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Additional Information Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month.
