The Field Implementation Coach (FIC) role focuses on the adoption of State Farm marketing and technology processes to assist independent contract State Farm agents in reaching their objectives and enhancing the customer experience. The FIC will actively engage in ongoing face-to-face interactions with agents to directly influence the adoption of crucial capabilities and drive behavioral changes that align with our business priorities. Support and agent interactions will also be provided through computer/video and phone channels. The ability to work extended hours is required of a selected candidate. Overnight travel will be required on an occasional basis. These requirements are subject to change based on business need.  State Farm provides a computer, cell phone, other equipment based on business need, as well as reimbursement for business mileage. The Field Implementation Coach role is a remote proximity based worker position which requires the selected candidate to work out of their home AND to reside within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the Florence Sales Territory in South Carolina within six (6) months of their start date. Relocation benefits will not be offered.   This FIC opportunity supports a dynamic and diverse territory across the Pee Dee and Grand Strand regions of South Carolina, offering candidates flexibility to live in or near several desirable communities. The territory includes Florence and extends west toward Lancaster, through communities such as Darlington and Hartsville, and east to the Grand Strand, including Conway, Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, before extending south to Georgetown. Whether a candidate prefers the convenience and community feel of Florence, a smaller-town setting, or the coastal lifestyle and amenities of the Grand Strand, this territory offers a variety of attractive places to call home. With access to beaches, outdoor recreation, dining and entertainment, growing communities, and a mix of coastal and inland living, the Florence FIC opportunity provides both a meaningful professional opportunity and considerable flexibility in choosing where to live. Our Field Implementation Coaches: Understands the needs of independent agents and maintains a high level of proficiency in influencing the adoption of marketing and technology processes with emphasis on leveraging digital tactics and tools. Executes on activations and deployments with Sales Leaders, Market Area Executive Leadership, Go To Market, and other stakeholders to provide integrated technology and system consulting for agents and agents' team members. Provides expert coaching, demonstrates strong influence, and maintains a results-oriented approach. Demonstrates a strong ability to continuously learn, adapt, and stay up to date with evolving processes and emerging technologies, while maintaining a high level of technical expertise across various technology platforms and initiatives. Partners with field leaders to drive adoption of enterprise initiatives and market area priorities.
