Job Description
Job Summary** Professional responsible for the comprehensive management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring proper availability, documentation, maintenance, mobilization, and final disposition (scrap/sale) of the units. Manages administrative processes related to used vehicle sales, registrations, transfers and warranties, as well as system activations like OnStar and the physical and documentary delivery of vehicles. Oversee the corporate vehicle pool, ensuring inventory control, supplier performance for maintenance/parking/washing services, compliance with safety, integrity and quality standards, and execution of service workshop operational metrics. The role focuses on ensuring excellent service to users, proper operation of the vehicle fleet, cost optimization, strong performance of service providers, and an inventory aligned with targets, while consistently managing used-vehicle and scrap sales processes as part of monthly operations to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement CVO strategies in Colombian * Manage supplier according to fleet requirements: fleet services, fuel, charge, maintenance services. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications, GMICA and service teams to integrate CVO with the functional areas * Monitor and report on key CVO metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management. * Manage and optimize customer satisfaction (internal / external) Job Qualifications** * Demonstrated strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving business results. * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet services, preferably within the automotive industry. * Fluent English (+Portuguese as a plus) * Financial knowledge What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in automotive, mobility, or fleet operations environments. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
