Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, Expressions, you will independently manage all day-to-day operations and programming delivery at the Nashville Expressions Lab, including the Sound Room and Listening Room, ensuring that program delivery is engaging and responsive to the needs of the customer. This position requires you to develop and execute local educational programming strategy that aligns with AMER-wide curriculum standards and responds to Nashville customer needs while managing day-to-day operations including space upkeep, supply management, calendar management, and vendor coordination. What your day-to-day will look like: Independently deliver and manage all Expressions programming at the Nashville Lab, including drop-in activities, workshops, open studio, team buildings, and partner-led experiences that inspire creativity and innovation Manage day-to-day operations of the Nashville Expressions Lab, Sound Room, and Listening Room, including space upkeep, supply management, calendar management, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless delivery Develop and execute local educational programming strategy that aligns with AMER-wide curriculum standards and responds to Nashville customer needs while maintaining consistency with regional program vision Manage internal communications and promotion for the Nashville program, including graphic design workflows, in-person signage, and newsletter contributions to drive employee engagement and awareness Collaborate with the Senior Program Delivery Manager and broader Expressions team in imagining and implementing opportunities to elevate and expand the program across the Nashville location Track and document key metrics and customer success measures related to programming, attendance, maintenance, and events while providing regular reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager Manage local budget and financial transactions, including supply procurement and vendor payments, with accountability to the
