THE WORK Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions for enterprise clients. Analyze governance, risk, and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions. Configure and optimize Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk processes within ServiceNow. Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders, providing best-practice recommendations. Collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ServiceNow capability development. Flexible:  The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including strong expertise in GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk). Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations. Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX). Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, integrations, and reporting. Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior team members. Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
