As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Support category management and growth initiatives across TikTok Shop’s US marketplace and analyze category, seller, product, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and key business trends. - Assist with category strategy, planning, and execution for major shopping events and seasonal campaigns, including BFCM and other key promotional moments. - Develop and maintain seller and category performance reports, dashboards, and business updates and support seller recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and growth initiatives for priority and high-potential sellers. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Seller Operations, Marketing, Campaign, Product, Business Development, and Creator teams to execute category projects. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for category expansion. - Help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time and prepare presentations, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations for internal stakeholders. - Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and operational tasks that support overall category growth.
