Our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing and AMO operations. We are seeking an ISC Fulfillment Leader - LATAM to lead multiple manufacturing and service delivery facilities across the region, ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development while supporting strategic business objectives. Fuel your passion The ISC Fulfillment Leader - LATAM is responsible for overseeing manufacturing and AMO operations across multiple locations, driving performance through operational standards, continuous improvement initiatives, talent development, and strategic leadership. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex operational environments. As ISC Fulfillment Leader - LATAM, you will be responsible for: Leading multiple manufacturing and/or AMO plants, including geographically dispersed operations across LATAM. Ensuring each facility achieves or exceeds performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Promoting a strong safety culture through partnership with HSE teams, safety observations, hazard hunts, and HSE initiatives. Ensuring products and services consistently meet internal and external customer requirements. Delivering achievable production schedules while maintaining the highest levels of quality and cost efficiency. Driving implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of ISC Plant Standards through audits and operational assessments. Collaborating with Lean, HSE, Quality, Materials, and Business Leadership teams to enhance operational standards and best practices. Establishing and monitoring critical KPIs aligned with business objectives and implementing effective operating rhythms for performance management. Presenting operational performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership, plant managers, and functional teams. Driving continuous business improvement through benchmarking, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives. Leading strategic planning activities involving complex manufacturing, fulfillment, and long-term business requirements. Managing and developing direct reports, including plant managers, operations leaders, and supervisors. Leading talent development, competency management, succession planning, and career progression programs within the ISC organization. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 8 additional years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related industrial leadership roles.
