The Senior Consultant, People Data Scientist will advance People Analytics through workforce insight, strategic problem solving, and consultative partnership. In addition to delivering high-quality analytics, this individual will help shape the People Analytics strategy, roadmap, and service offerings to strengthen workforce intelligence and business value. The ideal candidate uses sound judgment to frame business challenges, determine the analysis needed, and select approaches that balance rigor, practicality, and value. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating complex workforce questions into actionable recommendations.
