As a Senior Project Manager I supporting Cardiology Implementation Services, you will lead complex customer implementations that bring together clinical, technical, operational and business teams. This position is designed for a project leader who can operate across multiple interconnected workstreams, establish clarity in complex situations and translate between clinical needs and technical requirements. You will serve as a central point of coordination for internal teams and customers, helping projects remain aligned to scope, timelines, quality expectations and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels. At times, the role will require operating with a program-management mindset by coordinating multiple project teams, resolving competing priorities and communicating risks and decisions upward and outward. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead large, complex cardiology implementation projects involving cross-functional clinical, technical, operational, software development, quality assurance and business teams Coordinate interconnected project teams and workstreams, including situations that require managing a team of teams or working alongside other project and program managers Translate clinical needs, workflows and customer requirements into clear technical and operational actions, and communicate technical considerations back to clinical and business stakeholders Develop and maintain implementation plans, project schedules, scope documentation, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements and delivery expectations Lead executive meetings, customer team meetings, project status meetings, planning sessions and escalation discussions Serve as the primary project contact for internal and external communications, issue escalation and project coordination Establish clear roles, responsibilities, task expectations and decision points across diverse working groups Manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams with visibility to customer and internal leadership Identify, document, communicate and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies and changes in scope Manage conflict, competing priorities, resource constraints and cross-functional dependencies in a constructive and timely manner Monitor project responsibilities and provide proactive follow-up to support timely completion of deliverables Prepare project status updates, issue analyses, executive communications and reporting for internal leaders and customers Manage implementation activities related to scope and contract adherence, resource coordination, system integration issues, communications and customer satisfaction Maintain proactive, solution-oriented communication across customer and internal stakeholder groups Demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment as project scope, timelines, customer needs or priorities change Support software release and deployment activities involving development, documentation, packaging,
