Definition As a Tax Manager – International Tax, you will play a critical role in ensuring Cat Financial and its Subsidiaries compliance with international tax laws and regulations, while also identifying opportunities for tax optimization. Your expertise and guidance will be crucial in minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing profits for our global organization.  To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of US international tax laws and regulations as well as experience managing cross-border tax compliance for a multinational company. Responsibilities •    Ensure compliance with all international tax laws and regulations for Cat Financials’ global operations. •    Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations and advise the company on potential impacts. •    Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of international tax matters. •    Prepare and/or review complex international compliance computations for earnings and profits, Subpart F, GILTI, and U.S. International forms, including Form 5471 and 8858. •    Prepare and/or review accurate and timely analysis and reporting for U.S. GAAP Accounting for Income Tax (ASC 740) related to federal tax provision estimates. •    Continuously evaluate and improve international tax processes and procedures. •    Monitor and manage tax audits and
