As a Senior Manager Maintenance in our Manufacturing and Operations team, your contribution ensures that innovation never stands still. Together, we make reliability our strongest asset. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Accountable for overall module machine stability and technician competency. Sustain and drive the implementation of machine and tooling improvement initiatives. Responsible for the timely and comprehensive execution of scheduled equipment maintenance activities. Manage maintenance costs while ensuring equipment operates at optimum performance. Responsible for repeat-order equipment buy-off and release activities. Establish and update setup, conversion, and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure reliable equipment uptime. Actively support, participate in, and promote an empowered team culture through close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams. Investigate equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage overall assembly equipment maintenance systems, activities, and personnel to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and maintenance cost performance, while coordinating TPM activities and initiatives. Lead and drive machine innovation and improvement projects (e.g., Perfect Tool Setup) to enhance equipment efficiency. Support maintenance engineering activities and the ramp-up of new technologies, including packages, products, and processes. Coordinate all Safety, Health and Environment activities, including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO 14000 audits. Coordinate and align the deployment of policies and strategies within Equipment Engineering and Maintenance. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Relevant vocational training (minimum 3 years) with extensive subject-specific additional qualifications. A completed relevant degree programme of 4 years with subject-specific additional qualifications, or a completed relevant degree programme of more than 4 years. Equivalent knowledge and competencies acquired through alternative qualifications or experience will also be considered. Minimum 9 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in a management role. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
