Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Responsible for the financial analysis, risk assessment and credit structure recommendation for Commercial Real Estate clients and prospects. This includes prudent underwriting and effective credit and risk administration with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements, financial analysis/modeling, risk evaluation, on-going portfolio maintenance activities, data integrity, portfolio reporting and client support. Collaborate with deal team to maintain data integrity on existing portfolio and identify credit worthy projects within targeted markets. Supplement credit analysis with portfolio data, research, and property level evaluation from a wide variety of internal and external sources to develop an assessment of client, competitor, property segment, market and industry risks and trends. Additionally, the Real Estate Advisory team partners across Truist to deliver investment banking services to private CRE clients, including institutional private equity placements and strategic advisory services.
