This role focuses on project governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, and execution excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.   The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination between business functions, operations, engineering, finance, IT, and external partners, ensuring successful implementation of complex initiatives that improve customer service, operational effectiveness, and overall business performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·       Lead E2E project delivery from initiation through implementation and project closure. ·       Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, transitions, hyper-cares, handovers, budgets, and resource strategies. ·       Establish project governance structures, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks. ·       Manage project scope (creep), timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues. ·       Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive accountability across cross-functional teams. ·       Develop and execute communication and change management plans to support project adoption and business readiness. ·       Define project success metrics and monitor progress through regular reporting and reviews. ·       Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives. ·       Lead project review meetings, status updates, and executive-level presentations. ·       Escalate critical issues and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives. ·       Ensure project documentation, controls, and governance standards are consistently applied. ·       Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices. ·       Support portfolio prioritization and resource planning activities as required.
