 Our Apprentice Mechanical technicians will be responsible for assisting with the hands-on repair, maintenance and servicing of Romeo aircraft and equipment. The mechanical trade is specifically responsible for the airframe, flight control, engine and landing gear systems on the Aircraft. While undergoing training in the various aspects of your trade, you may be required to move between Lockheed Martin and our partner’s facilities as well as travel to attend theory-based training, ensuring you gain the required expertise to successfully complete the unit standards required for your apprenticeship and completion of a Cert IV Aeroskills (Mechanical). We encourage applicants who have completed or are currently completing their CERT II or IV in Aeroskills, however this isn’t an essential requirement to be successful in your application.
