Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary As the Employer Branding, Campus Engagement, & Communications Associate/Senior Associate, you will manage employer branding, campus engagement programme and internal communications initiatives. Partnering with Workforce (Talent Acquisition), various Human Capital teams, Business Development Centre, business stakeholders and external parties, you will strengthen the candidate experience, build engagement with priority campuses, coordinate projects and provide communications guidance. Key accountabilities Create engaging internal and external communications materials, including presentations, templates , and social media content. Manage PwC’s employer messaging across key platforms, including the PwC in Malaysia Careers Site. Monitor marketing trends and generate fresh content ideas. Contribute ideas and drive initiatives to brand our firm on social media platforms (together with other relevant teams). Develop Human Capital, Managing Partner, and People Leader communications for the firm Manage and review internal communications platforms, including the internal Human Capital portal. Plan and deliver outreach with priority universities, student bodies, faculty and career centres, covering relationship management, events, communications and follow-up. Develop campus campaigns and toolkits with the Talent Acquisition and Direct Marketing teams, ensuring consistent employer messaging across events, ambassador activities, digital channels and candidate touchpoints. Coordinate and maintain campus programmes such as the firm’s campus ambassador programme, including ambassador onboarding, communications, engagement activities, materials, tracking and continuous improvement. Manage campus and employer branding projects end to end, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, vendors, budgets and risks. Skills, experience and qualifications Minimum 2 – 4 years’ relevant experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, communications, marketing or programme management; Senior Associate candidates should have independently managed projects and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to build trusted relationships and influence university partners, student representatives, vendors and cross-functional teams. Strong programme and event management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables. Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills.
