CAD design of fixtures and adaptor plates using mechanical NX CAD tools. Full-platform CAD design — model the entire test assembly in CAD, integrating STEP files provided by instrument vendors. Fabrication support for all custom mechanical parts. Fab drawing release — produce and release fabrication drawings with appropriate GD&T and tolerancing. DFM reviews — conduct Design-for-Manufacturability reviews and iterate with US and/or APAC manufacturers. Build, test, and calibrate the platforms. Procurement — purchase cases (and associated packaging/consumables) for platform transport. Packaging & shipping of the completed platforms to customer sites. On-site assembly support at validation-team customer locations.

.   Experience: 3-5 Years

.   The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 .   Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
